2175 cloud is a professional human resources SaaS cloud platform developed by Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd Before users log in and use the service, they should carefully read the 2175 cloud service terms (hereinafter referred to as "the agreement") Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses of exemption or limitation of liability.

Any amendments and new rules will automatically become a part of the terms of service as soon as they are published. Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to supervise, prompt, check, correct and punish all activities of its 2175 cloud application.

II. Service protection clause

(1) self provided equipment, including but not limited to personal computers and Internet devices;

(2) the user accesses the Internet and pays the fees related to the service.

2. Due to the authenticity of the registered use, the user agrees:

Provide true, detailed and accurate user information (including but not limited to administrator information, enterprise and public institution information, etc.);

(2) update the user information at any time to meet the requirements of authenticity, detail and accuracy. All originally typed data will be referenced as user data.

3. Respecting user privacy is a basic policy of 2175 cloud. Without the user's authorization or permission, 2175 cloud will not disclose, edit or disclose the user's information, including name, address, email address, account number and non-public content in various services stored on 2175 cloud, unless 2175 cloud considers it necessary to disclose these information on the basis of integrity in the following circumstances:

(1) comply with the relevant laws and regulations, including providing the information content published on the 2175 cloud web page by the user and its publishing time, Internet address or domain name, as well as the information uploaded to the 2175 cloud by other users when inquired by the relevant state authorities.

Therefore, users can only use the content under the authorization of 2175 cloud, and can't copy, modify, compose the content or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.

5. Users shall bear the normal risks arising from the use of the services provided by 2175 cloud. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any special, accidental, direct or indirect losses arising from the use or inability to use the services provided by 2175 cloud, even if it has been informed of the possibility of such damages in advance. Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. does not guarantee that the 2175 cloud service will meet the user's requirements, or that its service will not be interrupted, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security and accuracy of its service.

6. Users acknowledge and accept that the services provided by 2175 cloud involve Internet services and telecom value-added services, which may be affected by unstable factors in various links, such as force majeure, computer virus or hacker attack, adjustment of relevant national industry authorities and telecom operators, system instability, user location, user shutdown and any other technologies Risk of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements caused by Internet, communication lines and other reasons. 7. The user is willing to bear the above risks. 9. If the user fails to comply with any one of the terms of service, Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of all services, and reserves the right to pursue responsibility through legal means.

IV. user rules

It is specially reminded that users must abide by relevant national policies and laws, including criminal law, national security law, confidentiality law and other regulations on computer information system security protection, etc. when using the network services provided by 2175 cloud. Users should consciously safeguard national interests and protect national security. Users should bear all responsibilities arising from illegal use of network services provided by 2175 cloud Full responsibility.

1. When applying for the use of the network service provided by 2175 cloud, users must provide 2175 cloud with true and accurate personal data or institutional data. If there is any change in personal data or institutional data, it must be updated in a timely manner.

2. After the user logs in successfully, 2175 cloud will give each user one or more user accounts and corresponding passwords, which are kept by the user; the user can change his password at any time. The user shall bear legal responsibility for all activities and events conducted with his / her user account. 3. Users shall not use 2175 cloud service to send or disseminate information that violates national laws and regulations, sensitive information and information that should not be sent or disseminated, including but not limited to the following information:

(2) endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;

(3) damaging the honor and interests of the state;

(4) inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;

(5) those who violate the state's religious policies and propagate heresy and feudal superstition;

(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social order and destroying social stability;

(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;

(8) insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(9) containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

4. Users must follow the following principles when using 2175 cloud network services:

(1) comply with relevant laws and regulations of China;

(2) the network service system shall not be used for any illegal purpose;

(3) comply with all network protocols, regulations and procedures related to network services;

(4) do not use 2175 cloud to conduct any behavior that may have adverse impact on the normal operation of the Internet;

(5) do not use 2175 cloud to transmit any harassing, hurtful, abusive, intimidating, vulgar

(6) do not use 2175 cloud to conduct any behavior that is not conducive to 2175 cloud.

If the user's behavior does not conform to the service terms mentioned above, 2175 cloud will make an independent judgment to cancel the user service account immediately.

5. When using 2175 cloud website service, users should strengthen the protection awareness of personal or institutional data, and pay attention to the password protection of user account.

6. It is illegal to steal other's user account or harass others by using network communication. Users shall not use any illegal means such as testing and cheating to steal other users' accounts and harass others.

7. Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to independently determine whether the user's behavior conforms to the requirements and spirit of the 2175 cloud service terms. If the user violates the provisions of the service terms, Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. has the right to interrupt or delete its account at its own discretion. If users have any objection to the 2175 cloud interruption or deletion, they shall submit a written proposal to Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. within five working days after the interruption or deletion

8. 2175 cloud is not responsible for the deletion or storage failure of the information published by users.

9. All notices to users can be sent by email or regular mail. 2175 the cloud will send a message to users via email service, informing them of the modification of service terms, service changes, or other important matters.

V. modification and publicity of service terms

VI. service revision

During the interruption of the service, users will not be able to operate online. Please pay attention to the announcement or check the email information.

VII. Rights and obligations of users

(1) the user shall provide 2175 cloud with used personnel information, including but not limited to business license, existing personnel configuration information and other information.

(2) users should actively cooperate with 2175 cloud to provide relevant information. Users can choose suitable solutions according to their own needs and characteristics, such as online cloud services provided by 2175 cloud.

(3) during the cooperation period, the user guarantees that the content (including nested information content) and other information provided to 2175 cloud are true and legal, and do not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of the third party. Users shall have corresponding intellectual property rights or legal use rights for the content, and the right supporting documents shall be submitted to 2175 cloud at the same time.

(4) the user shall have the confidentiality obligation to 2175 cloud and shall not disclose any information of 2175 cloud known in the process of performing this agreement to other third parties in any way.

(5) the user shall use the name and logo of 2175 cloud within the scope of this agreement. If you really need to use the name and logo of 2175 cloud beyond 2175 cloud, you should obtain the written authorization of Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. The user shall ensure that the name and logo of 2175 cloud are properly used, and shall not modify, cut, change or inappropriately quote at will.

(6) with the written permission of Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd., users can add promotional materials or advertising plans to their published information and display their products in various free services provided by 2175 cloud. Users shall guarantee the authenticity and legitimacy of their published content. 2175 cloud does not conduct substantive review on the above content. If a dispute arises between the user and a third party, the user shall bear all responsibilities on his own. If losses are caused to Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd., the user shall compensate.

VIII. Breach of contract

(1) the law of the people's Republic of China shall apply to the formation, execution and interpretation of this Agreement and the settlement of disputes.

(2) this Agreement shall take effect since you log in to use 2175 cloud, and shall be valid for a long time.

(3) Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation of this agreement to the extent permitted by law.

IX. end of service

If the user objects to the proposal of any service terms or has any objection to the subsequent modification of terms, or is dissatisfied with the service of Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd., the user shall have the following rights:

(1) no longer use 2175 cloud services.

(2) end the user's qualification to use 2175 cloud service.

(3) notify Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd. in writing to stop the service of the user.

After the end of user service, the user's right to use 2175 cloud service will be terminated immediately, and Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. will no longer assume any obligation to the user.

X. intellectual property

The user guarantees and declares that he / she has complete and legal copyright or complete and legal authorization for the works provided by him / her can be used for the activities he / she engages in on cloud 2175, and guarantees that the use of the works by cloud 2175 will not violate the laws and regulations of the country, nor infringe the legitimate rights and interests of the third party or undertake any obligations. The user shall be fully responsible for all consequences caused by the imperfection and illegality of the form, content and authorization of the provided works. Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to conduct real-time monitoring on all contents of the 2175 cloud website, and has the right to delete any work in violation of the agreement in its independent judgment. 2175 cloud is not responsible for any consequences or losses caused by deleting user's work. 2175 cloud company or its affiliated companies suffer losses (direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and secondary losses) from any compensation, compensation or fine of any nature to the third party due to the violation of the user's works or infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of the third party. The user bears all the above losses suffered by Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies or 2175 cloud Mongolia Liability.

XI. Dispute resolution

In case of any dispute between the two parties over the content of this agreement or its implementation, the two parties shall try their best to settle it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit to the court where Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. is located.

XII. Others

(1) 2175 cloud will require users to comply with specific conditions and terms when registering relevant services provided by 2175 cloud based on the characteristics of the service content provided to users; if there is any inconsistency between the specific conditions and terms and the above service terms, the specific conditions and terms shall prevail.

(2) no matter for any reason, one of the terms of service is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding.

(3) any problems arising from the execution of the terms of service will be solved by 2175 cloud and users through friendly negotiation.

(4) Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to interpret the above terms.

2175 cloud user information confidentiality commitment

2175 cloud is an online human resource management tool developed by Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. or road card information technology. In order to better meet the needs of users and serve users, Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd. makes the following confidentiality commitments for the information security of user data.

1. Scope of confidentiality

2. Confidentiality responsibility

3. Use restriction commitment

B. without the consent of the user, Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd. shall not use the cooperation matters and confidential contents as commercial publicity or disclose them to the user's business competitors or other units or individuals threatening the user's interests for commercial purposes.

4, others

The confidentiality commitment shall come into effect when the customer registers to use the 2175 cloud of Suzhou Road card information technology Co., Ltd. on the premise that it does not violate the laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China, does not harm social security, and does not harm the national interests. Suzhou Luka Information Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for confidentiality under the following circumstances.
