    1. Establish appropriate human resource management system;

    2. Establish a good recruitment management system, standardize the process and complete recruitment tasks;

    3. Be responsible for the training of the company;

    4. Formulate and improve the salary system and welfare policy implementation;

    5. Formulate and improve various rules and regulations of the company to create a good corporate culture atmosphere;

    6. Be responsible for the establishment of personnel development system to provide good career development space for employees.

 

Requirements:

 

    1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources or related major, and more than 5 years of human resources management in manufacturing enterprises;

    2. Have professional skills, fast learning ability and hard-working spirit, can face challenges at any time, and have certain product management experience;

    3. Have a certain understanding of human resource information system and own views;

    4. Be familiar with relevant national labor laws and regulations;
